At this time, email is the prioritized medium of correspondence with both existing and prospective customers. Due to the intense daily demands of my current workload, I usually cannot communicate or correspond with customers on the spot in a prompt or casual manner by personal telephone calls or text messages during or after business hours. I typically respond promptly to email.

I am considering adding a phone correspondence day to my weekly schedule in the near future during which phone correspondence will be accepted and welcomed. Updates will be posted as they become firm.
Also, at this time all orders are shipped/delivered through the United States Postal Service unless UPS is specified. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees. If you require shipping insurance over $5000, your order will be split up into multiple packages.
For all orders placed after 7/27/26, local pick up of purchased merchandise and/or merchandise pending purchase (all pipes, reeds, etc.) at the pipe making workshop will no longer be available.
Arrangements are considered for meet up and drop off in the cloudy, dreary, gray, and often freezing cold and copiously snowy Western New York area. (Free delivery is considered if you live in a sunny, warm, year-round Mediterranean climate, preferably Corsica, Sicily, Sardinia, Cyprus, or Crete, with delectable cuisine; please consider flying me over free of charge to deliver your pipes if you live in these areas…
Here's a fun fact: A mere two US cities surpass Buffalo, NY for cloudy, overcast skies on an annual basis (80% of the time overcast in WNY)…. What cities are they?
Answer: Portland and Seattle… Now that's saying something.
